One user has a delay in connecting to our 2007 Exchange Server.  This seems to have just started a few weeks ago.  His Blackberry desktop software loads on startup, but it cant connect and tells me the exchange server is unavailable.  If i close it and wait a minute, it connects fine.  I disabled auto startup of the software and rebooted.  After windows loaded, I tried to open outlook (2003) and got the same message "The exchange server is unavailable".  If I wait about a minute or so outlook opens fine.  I deleted his profile and recreated but the same thing happens.  Not sure why its so slow at connecting the the exchange server...the problem seems to have started out of no where a couple weeks ago.  Any thoughts?  When it says the exchange server is unavailble, Im able to ping it fine.

Is this user local to the Exchange server, or are we talking about a remote user?

NFR key for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (for 1 year, up to 10 users). This license allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 in your home lab without any feature limitations.

Local meaning he / she is in the same AD site?

Also, it would be helpful if you could respond to my previous questions.

This was a Roxio issue in the latest Blackberry Desktop Software.  There was an event that kept saying "Timeout (30000 miliseconds) waiting for the Roxio Hard Drive Watcher 9 service to connect".  Removing it from startup didnt help, so I finally removed the Blackberry software and it stopped.  I rolled back to the previous version and it working fine now.
