How to see MOSS 2007 (Sharepoint) Survey Webpart responses in action, not finished?

Is there a way to see in process survey's as an admin?  We have 75 responses, but can only see 68 of them.  The reason for this is the survey never reached the "finish" stage, only saved.  So we cannot tell who to ping to ensure they complete the survey before the deadline.
