Duplicate appointments - Outlook 2003 and Entourage 2004
We have an administrative assistant who accesses her director's calendar via share calendars in Outlook 2003. We are running Exchange 2007. The director is using Entourage 2004 to access his Exchange account. When the assistant updates appointments through Outlook, a duplicate is seen in Outlook and in Exchange WebAccess while there is only one copy of the appointment in Entourage. How can this been fixed?
