How do I resolve : Event ID 2001 ?

I am having 5968 occurences of this message in the Event viewer of my TS server between
12-09-2008:and 15-04-2009 : Rejected Safe Mode action : Microsoft Office Outlook. (Event ID 2001)

Win Server 2003 Std. ed. as Terminal Server.
Win SBS 2003 Premium as domain controler, file server and Exchange server.

Option 1
-------------
1) Click on start,Click on settings,Click on ctrl panel,Click on add/remove
programs
2) select Microsoft Office 2000, Click on add/remove, select detect & repair
office,Click on finish,reboot
3) updating settings,configuring Microsoft Office 2000,
4) open Outlook

Option 2
-------------
1) Click on Start, click on Run, type "regedit", click OK.
2) Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\
3) Look for the add-in subkey that contains Microsoft.VbaAddinForOutlook.1
4) Export and delete the subkey.
5) Close Registry Edit, open Outlook.


Option 3

Export, and then delete this registry key from the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.ADDIN.1

Options 4

1. Downloaded the Office 2003 Policy Template Files from the below link
<http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2003ddl.htm>

2. Import the outlk11.adm file to the Group Policy.
a) Double Click the Default Domain Policy (or any other Policy you want)
b) Expand User configuration
c) Expand Administrative Template
d) Right Click Administrative Template -> All Tasks -> add/remove Templates
e) Click Add (Add the outlk11.adm)
f) This will give us the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 in the Administrative
Template
3. Under Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, Expand "Disable items in user interface" ->
Click Custom
4. In the right pane, Double Click "Disable command Bar Buttons and menu items"
5. Select Enabled
6. Click Show and add the ID 2577 (it's the ID for "File -> Import and Export")
7. Refresh the Group Policy
