Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed because no DNS servers are available.

This error occurs every two hours on the dot.

Some where someone said to point the DNS to its self. But I have 3 server 2000 machines with no probllem..

TCP/IP DNS setting point to my ISA server and one to my main DNS server

All DCs should be pointing towards themselves for their primary DNS.

I changed the IP address in the DNS and I still have this problem.

So, just to confirm...

(1) The Exchange server has static IP configuration and points to ONLY itself (127.0.0.1) for DNS
(2) In the Exchange server's DNS console, forwarders point towards the other DC

No the exchange server points to the ISA server AND to its self.

Only to itself via the IP settings. You should use the forwarders to point towards the other server.
