How can I use OS X Server to server out update to clients

I would like to have my Xserve server updates to clients instead of each of the clients talking directly with Apple.  How do I get this feature working in OS X Server?

1. You must enable the software update service on the server itself. This is much like enabling AFP or VPN services.

2. You must set up the client computers to get their updates from your server. This is most easily done by using managed preferences in the workgroup manager. If you are not using managed preferences, then you will have to set up the clients manually, which is more difficult.

I'll explain that process if you need it.

Thanks.  I followed the directions exactly and it is working.
