IBM x86 I/O PORT reference where get it???

Hi guys for study reason i really like to get a full i/o port list whit realtive reference on registrers and beaviors. I have zapped for long on google, and hacking forums but i have find only little text listing only port number whiout a strong low level explain... i have alredy see ralf brown site but is only for interrupts... what i'm serching is a reference for example for managing the pc speker you use port 61h or cmos whit 71h. So exist a good reference?
