New Blackberry Bold 9000 does not keep formatting

I had a blackberry curve that whenever I copied an email and pasted into a new email it would keep the line breaks (as in a list).  With this Bold it does not keep line breaks when I copy and paste.  I know someone else who has the exact same problem with the Bold and didn't with their Curve---we now have to go in and enter to create the lines which is very time consuming.  Does anyone know how or if I can fix this?  Thank you.

What version of the OS for the bold are you running?  Some versions were a bit buggy.  First thing I would do if there is an OS upgrade from your carrier I would upgrade the OS.

Hi, before you copy the email content from the original email press the menu button and select Get Plain Text.
