I have this weird things going on..<br />

I created an email in outlook 07 (plain message, with attachment size = 7MB) and send it to xxx@blah.com<br />
xxx has receiving email restriction = 8MB<br />
The email did not arrive at xxx@blah.com. When i check the NDR error, it said the attachment size = 9 MB which that's way i can't send it.<br />
