How to fix (Event ID: 54 Source: HTTP Category: None) error.

This problem is causing my server to intermittently serve pages... pages timing out, etc.  Losing traffic and sales.

How can I fix this?  Has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it?

I at the point of thinking to rebuild a new server to start over again... :(

Please, does anyone know?

    May be you shuold try to find your bottleneck?
