Getting error with LWP::Parallel::Protocol::http

Need help with LWP::Parallel::Protocol::http CPAN module, getting the error message and can't get the script works. What do need to install? libwww already installed, Perl 5.10.0 on Debian lenny
Can't locate object method "parse_head" via package "LWP::Parallel::Protocol::http" at /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0/LWP/Parallel/ line 1497.
