Hi ,

I have this windows application MDI form created in VB.NET . The form has a Menu control and all the child forms open below this.
My requirement is that I want a fixed panel or a frame below the menu bar control which will contain the Logo, name of the application and then logged in user name. All other child forms will open below this.

This was easily possible in VB6 if I place a picture box control in that I can call logo etc. but how do I do in 2008.

Could anyone please help.

    Accepted Solution

Add a panel control to your parent form, set the height as required, then set the Dock property to Top.
