Share Outlook Calendar using WebDav

Hi Experts,

All I want to do is set up a shared calendar in my Outlook that other people I give permission to can connect to and add/edit events.

So far I have installed WebDav on our server, published the calendar, shared it.

I can add edit items from my computer (The one I shared it on) but anyone else that connects to it cannot. I have changed the permissions to allow and authenticated user of my domain full access and changed the permissions on the folder to full access for authenticated users also.

The error I get is - You cannot make changes to contents of this read-only folder

Any ideas?

Cheers
Nik

This type of share using 2007  is Reviewer Only (Read Only).

If you want users to have Editor / change rights to your calendar this will need to be done via Exchange User Permissions and or Delegate Permissions.

Once you have assigned these users Change permissions, they will need to view and make changes to your calendar via File>Open>Other Users Folder>Calendar.

Or by going to Calendar>Select "Open a shared Calendar"
