I get the following error when trying to make any video conferencing call &quot;Far Site Disconnected&quot;<br />
This happens even on the pre-programmed polycomm test ones.<br />
It is patched into Our Cisco 2800 router and uses the internet connection. &nbsp;The unit says it has an IP and has activity lights on the back of the unit. It was installed by my predicessor who says it did work and I havent made any changes to the firewall config on the Cisco router.<br />

Video Conferencing Problem

Web conferencing describes various types of online collaborative services including web seminars ("webinars"), webcasts, and peer-level web meetings. In general, web conferencing is made possible by Internet technologies, particularly on TCP/IP connections. Services may allow real-time point-to-point communications as well as multicast communications from one sender to many receivers. Conferencing Software

A router is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks. Routers perform the "traffic directing" functions on the Internet. The most familiar type of routers are home and small office cable or DSL routers that simply pass data, such as web pages, email, IM, and videos between computers and the Internet.
