I'm starting up a boat sharing club, where members need to be able book access to the pair of available boats. I would like an online booking system that I don't have to host myself. I know that there are countless commercial solutions available, but I would like to know if there are any free or very low cost ones (we are talking like 20 dollars a year max). A shared google calendar would almost do the trick, except that I would like the possibility to allow users to create new bookings, but not to delete existing ones, which I don't think is possible.<br />
