Download the lastest service pack from here - http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/#tab_ddetail_subtab_software

This should recreate the missing service and allow the other services to start.

Hi, the first thing to always try is restarting the BES.  If this fails check the BlackBerry database for errors by performing the following:

1. Stop the BlackBerry Enterprise Server services.
2. Open a command prompt window and type osql -E and press Enter.
- Type the following commands in the specified order and press Enter after each line:
1>use BESMgmt
2>go
1>dbcc checkdb
2>go

Post back if any errors are found.
