What you need to use is what is referred to as Blackberry Internet Service (BIS)  This is a free service thru your carrier.  If go you to the below link this was take you to the RIM site which has links to the various BIS wireless carrier websites.  From that point you will need the PIN and EMEI (ESN) number that you can get from the bb device by going to Options > Status.  Just log on to the website, create an account, go thru thru the setup wizard.  It should take 10 minutes and then up to 20 minutes to start see your hotmail emails to flow to the bb.

No, but you can do the setup thru your blackberry device using the "Email Setting" icon on the homepage of the bb device.

Hi, without BIS your only option is to use the carriers WAP browser on the device and go to http://mobile.msn.com
