how to use wget on solaris 10 to get nano (editor) installed?

For some reason my solaris 10 server doesn't recognize the command "wget".  How do i get it to recognize the command so i can download and install nano?

What is the proper way to install nano (text editor)

thanks!

Are you sure that the wget program is on your path? It lives in /usr/sfw/bin, so try running it as /usr/sfw/bin/wget.

first, if not installed then you can download from here:

http://sunfreeware.com/programlistsparc10.html#wget
ftp://ftp.sunfreeware.com/pub/freeware/sparc/10/wget-1.11.4-sol10-sparc-local.gz

you may try to locate on your system with

find / -name wget -type f

nano is here, too -
ftp://ftp.sunfreeware.com/pub/freeware/sparc/10/nano-2.0.9-sol10-sparc-local.gz
Just download, gunzip and install with pkgadd.
