I'm getting allot of the following events logged on a Windows 2008 server thats connected to our AD.<br />

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer SERVER_NAME.DOMAIN.local.D<wbr />OMAIN.loca<wbr />l using any of the configured protocols.<br />

Note that the FQDN of the server is followed by the domain name.<br />

How do I change the parameter that DCOM uses as host name when it tries to connect ?<br />
