My ISP is blocking VoIP

I got  voip account from sipgate and a another one from voiptalk.com. Both of them are not working
I tried with the help of these providers support  to make voip client working but i could not.

My ISP is blocking Skype and other voip services .

I there a way to check that my ISP is blocking voiptalk.com and sipgate.co.uk services ??

Hi,

What is the error thrown by your VoIP Phones? Also have you contacted your ISP? Also you can do some basic tests;

C:\>telnet 217.10.69.254 5060
