Dell 5100 cn Printer

I want to print on two sides of the paper using Dell 5100 cn Printer.
on the printer preferences, under duplex I selected "flip on long edge"
but when I printed , it printed on one side of the paper.

Any idea on how to make it print on both sides of the paper?

Thanks

In the printing settings there should be a selection for two sided printing.

What is your service tag on the Dell printer?

I need to make sure the duplexing was actually placed in the printer. I know it is suppose to come standard but I purchase one and duplexing wasn't installed and I had to send it back.
