Printing on Terminalserver using Mac RDC

We have a problem with printing on a terminalserver with a Mac. We have an Lexmark E120n. which prints fine on the Mac. We are now using this for work as follow:
We start an SSL VPN and over that connection we run RDC 2.0 (Remote Desktop Connection) for the Mac. It connects our default printer correclty. We installed the Lexmark driver on the server Windows 2003. However Apple seems to prefer to install the Laserwriter 8500 driver. Printing works fine for pdf documents, however Word documents look like ..... not good.

We found out that the LaserWriter 8500 driver has a fonttype replacementtable. In which is written replace arial by helvetica. If we have word documents all in arial it means that it will try to print in helvetica, which looks very bad.

We changed in this table to not replace the font type, and than it works fine. However when we log of an reconnect to the terminalserver the printer is automatically removed and added and we have the default settings of the driver Laserwriter 8500.

Any help welcome this is a big problem for our customer.
