Audit our server security on shares

I am looking for a utility that will let me audit both share and file level permissions and pull out user and group memberships from both AD and the local servers.  Is there a utility out there like this?  I tried using the microsoft tools but they were not real great and the output was ugly.  I just want something simple that says this user/group has access to this file and or directory.  Many of our servers are quite large and i don't need a report 5000 pages long.  Anyone know of something good out there.  I don't mind buying a program to do it. But if there is a great freware one out there that is fine too.

Check this from SystemTools/Somarsoft (my favorite tool):
    DumpSec (
Set the report options to only show folders (not files) that differ from the parent, and to not show the owner; this will get you the most concise report possible.
    Or these tools from Sysinternals:
    AccessEnum (
    AccessChk (
    ShareEnum (
Or this one from Scriptlogic (not free):
    Security Explorer (
