Im having problems with only one of the mailbox, other activesync users have no problem at all.
This user can sync, calendar, contacts and task, but no email.
On the Handheld I receive this error code "0x85010014"
On the Event Viewer I receive the error 11312, MSExchangeActiveSync, OMA Push Event Sink
also have another error with this user (all the event viewer activesync error specify this user only), EXOLEDB event 103
What should I do?
I open a case with MS and they cannot figure it out.
Other option that I had is create a new Mailbox for this user, but how is the process to restore all mails and folders, etc, how that affect the BES that is running and all the settings.
