There are various products from different vendors, I will list some (not in specific order):
Juniper (SSG series), Cisco (ASA series), Watchguard (X Edge series), Sonicwall, Netgear, others

Here the low end boxes usually come with user license limit, which controls the maximum number of users which can get on to internet.
Another thing to note is that though most of the vendors support web/URL filtering, firewall, VPN, others, none would act as a web mail on it own; also, most of these features [called UTM - Unified Threat Management- features] are licensed and are subscription based.

Please do a price/feature comparison for different brands/model before zreoing on one. Also, if you are familiar with any brand then give that some weightage as well.

Please let know if you need more details.

Thank you.

Sonicwall, has an Email filtering system and a web Content Filter . But for heavy duty email filtering with user-access to the greymail etc., consider the separate Sonicwall Email Security appliance.

You don't say how big your network is.
