While creating the domain name in the domain, only first name, last name and EMP ID will be given. But we will not have other sections like address, telephone, fax, department etc..etc..

I also need to change some of the fields as per our need..

Is there any software or tool available to enter  or modify the specific parameters for domain users.. and the same details should be exported by CSV or PDF ...

Let me know..

For bulk modifications that may be the same (like address or department) admodify is a good tool
There are also command line tools like adfind and admod by MVP Joe Richards that can be used
one example of that here (to modify displayname):
adfind is the tool I use for exports -- really great for exporting users and any attributes you want.
...these are not the only methods but just a few examples.

You can try to use Hyena and exporter pro. (See

Exporter Pro will extract the information to tab seperated lists.
