Managing backups on Sql Server 2005 Express

An app I am working with installs with Sql Server 2005 Express. I'd like to schedule backups but it doesn't have Sql Server Agent so I can't schedule jobs. The pc is not on our domain, so I can't pick it up elsewhere. What can I do to make daily backups? TY
