Outlook 2003 not suggesting names as I type in the To: CC: Bcc: fields

I have the Suggest names checked to suggest names as I type in an address and the message expire box above that is set to 180 days. But after 24hours the dang thing stops suggestion names. Is this a patch issue? Have SP3 for Office 2003.

Also running this on a Vista 64bit box.

    Hello sscal,

it could be an Outlook 2003 issue running on Vista.  Outlook 2003 was designed for Windows XP.  It mostly works in 64-bit Vista, but things do not.

Restart the computer and test if autocomplete will work.

    Hope this helps!

Any thoughts on 2007 being better designed for the newer OS then? I have a copy of that I can use...just easier trouble shooting my users if I have the same version. But I hate not having auto complete more :)

Yes, Outlook 2007 works better and is designed for Vista.  It has some speed issue, but SP1 should take care of that.
