I have a Gateway laptop model 7322 GZ and need to replace my Broadcom 802.11g network adapter. Could you please let me know on how I remove this to observe the part number and order it.  i do not see anything in the Gateway laptop manual which was posted in this Forum a few days ago.  Thanks.

Hi,
Here is a picture of the bottom view of a gateway 7000 series laptop like yours:

The Broadcom 802.11g should be in the mini-PCI bay marked with A on the picture. After you remove the bay cover you can remove the adapter itself by pulling apart the 2 latches that hold it in the same way that you would do with the memory. Don't forget to disconnect the AC cable and remove the battery first. Oh, and there are 2 wires connected to the network adapter (the wireless antenna), you must disconnect those too.
