iSeries Access Printer Font Too Small
We have an iSeries Access client on V5R2 that recently moved from Bosanova to iSeries Access. The client is complaining of the font size being too small when printing from the iSeries software. I have tinkered with many options for the printer session but cannot seem to make a difference in the font size. Any help on making the printed font larger would be appreciated.

Gary,
I have been in that section and moved the font to Courier 15, but it does not reflect in the print jobs. I will try and post the version and printer model tomorrow.

Post the WS file for the printer session, too, please.

Gary,
The client is using IBM iSeries Access for Windows Version 5 release 2. The printer is an HP Deskjet D4360. I have attached the WS file for the printer session. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.

Gary,
The WS file did not attach properly. I changed the extension to .txt and attached again.

Thanks for the help. I will change printers or go back to BOS.

Select Communications -. Configure
Under "Type of Emulation", next to "Printer" press "Setup"
Under "Font for iSeries Print File" select a bigger font. Defaults to Courier 10. Try Courier 12.
These instruction are for IBM iSeries Access for Windows V5R4. If you are at a different release, instructions may vary just a bit, but the same basic concept applies.
If you need more help, please include the version of Client Access that you are using, a copy of the Client Access .WS file for the problem printer session, and the make and model of the printer that you are using.
