Removing IE70Blocker

I installed the IE70Blocker.adm to block the installation of IE7 through group policy.  I want to allow that now, but when I go in to edit the policy there is nothing for me to disable.  The Automatic Updates Blocker folder is still there but there is nothing in the folder.  If I go to Add/Remove Templates it shows up there as installed.  Thoughts?

It's also worth bearing in mind that these custom admin templates are persistent, meaning that when you remove the policy, whatever setting the policy had will remain.

Just a side note, in case you weren't already aware. :)
