How do I disable a VPN connection on Server 2003

I have server 2003 with VPN connections, i need to disable and then create a couple of VPNs for remote users. Prior sys admin left the place a mess with no documentation.

This server 2003 machine runs as a DC.
I am understanding that a VPN is authenticated at the Firebox then goes to the VPN on the Server 2003 DC then to a users desktop.
