I checked in the knowledge base but couldn'y really find what I'm looking for.
We are planning to implement MS Great Plains in 2 years time, but in the meantime we need an CRM/ERP program for our ICT department - we do customized ICT solutions and support.
All the ones like ACT! and SugarCRM are fine for the sales side such as quotes etc. but they are not really suited for servicing. I am looking for something that can handle call logging, service case histories and escalations and a dashboard or something so that technician can immediately see what new jobs they need to attend to.
Since most people here are involved in IT, I thought maybe somebody knows about something like this? I am busy checking out TigerPraw, maybe you can also give reviews about this?
