Delete & Forward mailbox

What are the best practice for those tasks?
* Delete a SBS user with mailbox and set that mailbox as forward to an admin for that employee group?
* Set XX adresses as aliases for one sbs-user (so far I use exchange e-mailadresses view in sbs modify user dialog).
* Make a specific users mailbox available to another users mailbox. In this case is specifically important that the managing user gets this mailbox on a very simple way. I can set the permission but the user should not need to add that mailbox through the outlook exchange e-mail settings. It's too complicated because this task should be done several times a week.
