Additionall, you may need to stretch the text box over the entire SECTION in order for it to work. Just test and play with it. Sometimes Crystal acts strange when using text boxes in this way and sometimes requires that the entire section be covered by a text box.....BLANK TEXT BOX..of course.

I've already tried all your suggestions but it doesn't work. I also tried to create a formula to replace the value of email field but neither can't solve my problem. What i did is that i changed &quot;@&quot; sign with &quot;&lt;at&gt;&quot;. I know this is not good but at least my QA accepted it, lol. Anyway, thanks for your comments and I will distribute the points for your effort.
