Uinstall SQL Server 2008

I am having connections problems with sql server 2008. I am unable to fix it or find help.
If I uninstall sql server 2008 & reinstall it. Is it possible to recover the database, including all stored procedures & functions ?

    Accepted Solution

    The best is deattach database. Save the mdf and ldf file in other folder and uninstall the installation, when you reinstall attach again the database.
