Copy & Paste not working

I am having an email server with Windows Server 2003, i found that i am unable to copy and paste in my explorer. What is the problem please help

Check your clipboard service is running

Yes, check the clipboard service. You might also want to run SFC SCANNOW. It's designed to check system files. I've fixed a lot of issues with this.
SFC SCANNOW takes about fifteen minutes and requires your OS CD.
