Outlook/exchange Calendar Problem

I was transitioning from using a local PST file to a mailbox in exchange.  I imported everthing to my calendar on my exchange calendar.  When this happened, everysingle event I had in my calendar was copied all into one day (which was yesterday).  When I create a new event in my calendar it gets automatically moved back to the current day.  For example, if I create a new event for next Monday called Test, it then gets moved from next Monday automatically and placed in today's (Friday) events on my calendar.

I have run both a a repair and removed the program completely and reinstalled but neither have worked.  Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try the outlook switch cleanviews?
if not, close outlook. click start --> Run Type "outlook /cleanviews" click ok. Outlook will open and will ask you to select the profile. Once done, it will load outlook completely with default views for all the folders.
Check the calendar items.
