DCPROM failing in SBS 2008

It wont complete the DCPROMO AD Wizard.

Ran DCpromo on the new SBS2008, even after running the prep tool from server disks on the SBS2003.
Complains about Replication application failed to allocate memory.

I've tried to look for the "contine wizard" but its not in the "Programs and Features" list anyway...
And no other help on the net.

Please help....

    If you are migrating from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008, which it appears that is what you're trying to accomplish, take a look at this:

    You shouldn't be running DCPromo on the SBS 2008 server.  You need to create an answer file and install SBS 08 with that answer file.  It works well in my experience.
