I have the same problem with a Windows 2003 SBS R2. After Windows update installed latest updates the system hangs at Applying Computer Settings. Its not APC.<br />

I tried Last Known Good Config and cannot login to Safe Mode w/ Networking.<br />

Anyone else have this problem following last night's updates.
