they are brand new<br />

if no solution is there anything command which i can put in the printer which will reset the printers or restart the printer after every 1 min which will in one sense solve my issue.<br />

Hi Everyone,<br />

I have two network printers which i use in my restuarant and they both work fine if you keep sending the prints but as soon as you give 5 minute delay and then print an order to them they drop of the network and then you have to switch them on and off to get them back on network.<br />
<br />
It's Orient technologies BTP-M280 with JK-E01 Ethernet Interface Module.<br />
<br />
any help would be appreciated.<br />
