SQL 2005 - File move to New Server

SQL 2005: I want to backup and restore databases on a new server. Is there not a simple script that can be written to move the .bak file from Server A to Server B? Can some supply?

    Ongoing you mean (as in daily)?
    I use SQL jobs:

    Source server:
    - OS Command: copy F:\DB.BAK \\remote server\writable share\

    and then a restore job on the remote server
