Recover custom forms after upgrading from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003
I have a user that was running Outlook 2002 connecting to POP3 mail. He had created a custom form under contacts called payroll. When you opened a contact, it was an extra tab that had fields like client id, payroll period, payroll rate, etc.
I installed a Windows SBS 2003 server and got them setup on Exchange 2003. I also upgraded his Outlook client to 2003. Email is all working fine, but when he creates new contacts, his custom "payroll" tab is gone. If he opens an existing contact, the form is there. But it does not show for new ones.
In addition, he was able to customize his contacts view and have it sort by client ID. THis is now not available.
I am very skilled in Outlook and Exchange Server but have never messed around with custom forms. Please help.
