SUDOSH configuration on RHEL 5.1,5.2

Hi Experts,

I was busy with the configuration of sudosh following the following link:
http://www.sourcefiles.org/Shells/sudosh-1.6.3.tar.bz2.shtml
And nothing seems to work as when I login with the users configure in visudo sudoers file they all prompt me for a password and produce the following error :

Sorry, user student is not allowed to execute '/usr/bin/sudosh' as root on server1.localdomain

Any idea what the problem could be or can anyone provide me with a step by step document of setting up sudosh on redhat 5.1.
