How Do I Enable PDF Commenting In Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Browser Control?

I am opening a PDF in a control on a tab in a tab control. I need to allow the user to have full commenting and annotation capabilities.  If I use the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Browser control I get the PDF open and it shows comments and annotations I made previously, but it does not allow new annotations to be made. The PDF is enabled for comment and analysis in Adobe Reader. I have the full 8.0 Adobe installed on my machine.

Is it possible with the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Browser Control to get the full annotation capability?

I am using c# and VS 2008.

Thanks.

I'm not sure you can; Acrobat 8 was the first version that allowed you to extend rights to acrobat 8 readers, not v7. Aside from allowing commenting make sure you select the Advanced menu > Extend features to reader command.

Thanks Glenn, you are likely right. Do you know of any Adobe or third party control that would allow me to accomplish this?
Sorry, no idea. I'd suggest you try w/ version 8 to see if you have better success
