I'm not sure you can; Acrobat 8 was the first version that allowed you to extend rights to acrobat 8 readers, not v7. Aside from allowing commenting make sure you select the Advanced menu &gt;&nbsp;Extend features to reader command.

I am opening a PDF in a control on a tab in a tab control. I need to allow the user to have full commenting and annotation capabilities. &nbsp;If I use the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Browser control I get the PDF open and it shows comments and annotations I made previously, but it does not allow new annotations to be made. The PDF is enabled for comment and analysis in Adobe Reader. I have the full 8.0 Adobe installed on my machine.<br />
