I want to add "Everyone" to all the subfolders in my Documets Folder.
In the window "Advanced Security Settings" there is a check box with
the following text: "Replace Owner on Subcontainers and Objects"
If I click this box will the "everyone" permission be added to all the subfolders
in the Documents Folder?  Is that what the "subcontainer and object: is referring to?

    Accepted Solution

    Documents and settings
           my Documets
Everyone          <----- here we set checkbox to inherit access rights.
Some Folder in Everyone     and everything below it will be affected, not above.
My pictures       <------ this folder is not affected

If You check this checkbox when set properties of Everyone, then Everyone and all folders below will be affected, but not above. The subcontainers of folder that You are setting up is meant here.
