Copy folder and contents from CD rom to directroy on C drive using 2003 framework 1.1

I need code to put behind a button click that will copy a folder and its contents (images) from the CD rom (or dir that they browse to) to a directory on the C drive.  

This is using 2003 framework 1.1

Please help with correct code
