Outlook Contact Form
I made a form region to replace outlook's default contact form. Everything works, but I can't find the way that the default form shows follow-up. I had the same problem with categories but I figured that out, there is a control that does just that. I can't to seem to find one to do the follow- ups. Any ideas?

That puts a text field box on the form. The default 2007 contact form does not use a textbox.

Select All Fields Tab
use the "Select From" drop down to go to "All Contact Fields"
Now scroll down until you get to Follow Up
