Disaster Recovery Solution

I am looking to create a bullet proof Disaster Recovery System for my clients.  Most of my clients are running SBS 03 with Exchange 03 and SBS 08 with Exchange 07.  Some clients are also using SQL Server Express for Full edition.  I am looking to create a solution where we can setup a failover / standby server and be able to transfer the data offsite.  I am looking for some suggestions and feedback on this topic.  One thing that will also help is some one giving me a real example of the disaster recovery success story using their solution.

If you want to replicate the data then you are looking at something like DoubleTake or NeverFail, but that will require good bandwidth between the sites and unique machines for each client. A one to one machine mapping (where the connection is dedicated to a specific site) would probably be ok, but you would need a lot of bandwidth to do it for multiple servers.

I work with a lot of support companies and this is not something that I have seen done simply because of the costs involved. If the servers were moved to a data centre then things would become easier, but the cost and disruption involved makes that impractical.
