Sharath,

When you read or compose a message, contact, task, appointment, etc. you are looking at an Outlook form.  Forms are the interface between Outlook data and the user.  Microsoft designed Outlook with the idea that users might want to expand on the built-in forms or create entirely new ones.  For example, a user might want to add fields to a message form, or design a task form with code behind it to implement a workflow.  When a user creates a custom form they can share it by publishing it to the organizational forms library or a folder.  This page at Outlookcode.com is an excellent resource if you're interested in learning more about forms: http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=35

Thanks David..There is already a set of visible forms. It seems like they are my company placed in forms. How do they get there and should they be placed from the exchange part

Someone published them to the folder or some Outlook add-on added them.  I can't answer whether they should be in Exchange (organizational forms library) because I don't know anything about the form or what it's intended for.
